Remark If your insurance provider is not included in the list, please make sure to contact them directly before seeking any medical consultation or treatment.
To ensure that the hospital can assist you with medical insurance assistance, please provide the following documents:
- Passport copy : Please provide a copy of your passport's first page with your name details. This is necessary to verify your identity.
- Health insurance policy information : Please provide your health insurance policy number, as well as any relevant documents such as your Certificate of Health Coverage. These documents are necessary for the hospital to determine your insurance coverage and eligibility for certain services.
- Identification : Please bring a form of identification such as a driver's license, national ID card, or Work permit to verify your identity.
