  • Digital Mammogram with Breast Ultrasound for breast cancer screening
  • Abdominal Ultrasound (upper and lower) to assess internal organs such as liver, pancreas, kidneys, uterus, ovaries, prostate, bladder, appendix, and detect abnormalities like cysts, tumors, or inflammation
  • Chest X-Ray for respiratory system screening
  • Electrocardiography (EKG) for heart disease diagnosis
  • Echocardiography (Echo) to assess heart valve function, muscle health, and pericardial conditions
  • Exercise Stress Test (EST) to evaluate heart performance under physical activity and detect coronary artery disease

 

Preparation for Health Screening

  • Get sufficient rest the night before
  • Fast for at least 8 hours before your appointment
  • Wear clothing that facilitates blood sampling
  • Inform staff if you suspect pregnancy before screening
  • Collect urine samples 7–10 days after your menstrual period ends
  • Avoid blood-containing foods and certain medications (e.g., aspirin, vitamin C) 3 days prior to stool tests
  • Bring previous X-ray films if available
